The 2017 Inland Northwest Compensation Survey Results Guide is calculated using data collected from employers’ right here in the Inland Northwest. This year's results are drawn from salary information submitted by 102 companies, more participants than even the big names in compensation data were able to gather this year for our area.

This regional approach gives organizations hiring in Eastern Washington and North Idaho a detailed view of the salary expectations of new talent they are hoping to bring on board. So whether you are establishing a starting salary for a new hire, creating a benefits package, or determining appropriate increases for existing staff, data can serve as a vital tool in your decisions.

To ensure you are looking at data that best represents earnings for the position in our region, the team at Associated Industries has collected data on 91 positions spanning 13 job categories, not including the Non-Profit sector, and compiled it all into an easy-to-use compensation guide.
